Haven Fellowship Church: Back-to-school BASH!
Welcome to Haven Fellowship Church 2019 Back-to-School BASH! July 20th 4:00-6:00pm.

Haven will be providing 250 children *only in Elementary, Middle, High, school grades with school supplies this year. Pre-register your child for school supplies by providing the information below. Once you have completed the form you will receive a confirmation email that you have been accepted and will be receiving supplies for your child on July 20th. *As of July 9th 2019 all submission will be moved on a waitlist* Currently verifying all applications for approval. More details to come on openings next week.
NOTE: you will receive a email confirmation with a *green approved* if have been APPROVED for supplies for July 20th. Arrive at 4:00pm for registration if you are approved.
