Enterprise City Schools is working diligently to develop a plan for reopening our schools.  We value your input to assess the needs of our students.  We appreciate the patience and support you continue to provide ECS during these uncertain times.

Please complete this form only if you choose for your student to participate in distance learning rather than face-to-face instruction. It is important to understand that distance learning alternatives are not the ideal delivery method for prolonged periods away from the traditional school environment.

Please complete one (1) form for every student you wish to register for full-time virtual learning.
