stART at the Station • 2022 • Volunteer Sign-up Form
Thank you for offering your time to volunteer at the 2022 stART at the Station. Simply put, this event is not possible without the help of many fantastic volunteers!

This quick form is designed to quickly gather contact details, times available, and your t-shirt size. We don't expect everyone to be available for the entire day - we want you to enjoy the day too! Volunteers will be split up into shifts based on availability.

Please note that volunteers may be asked to assist with a range of tasks based on timing and ability, your assistance helps ensure the event runs smoothly for stART coordinators, vendors, and attendees. Tasks include, but are not limited to: unloading and setting up stART equipment, unloading artist vehicles and bringing their items to their vending space, assisting with coat check and stART's info table, selling merchandise and collecting donations, artist load-out, and event breakdown and cleanup.

Early Morning: 5:30-9am (mark spaces, stART set up, artist unloading and set up)
Mid-Morning: 8:30-11am (staff entrances and info booth, collect donations)
Mid-Day: 11am-2pm (staff info booth, coat check)
Afternoon: 2-5pm (staff info booth, collect donations)
Evening: 4:30-7pm (stART breakdown and cleanup, artist load-up and departure)
