The membership registration fees are applicable exclusively to members of the Chemical Society of Japan and the Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry.

Reception (pm 6:00 March 5, at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo)

All participants are required to pay a fee of 10,000 JPY for attendance. Cancellation requests for general participants will be accepted until January 23, 2024, and no refunds will be issued after that date.

Banquet (pm 7:00 March 7, Tokyo Bay cruise with meals, Complimentary bus or taxi transportation)

All participants are required to pay the following fees: General - 15,000 JPY, Students - 13,000 JPY.

Caution: Cancellations are accepted until January 23. Please be advised that after this date, you will be responsible for the associated costs.

Satellite meeting (pm 1:00 March 8, 2024 to pm 0:00 March 9, 2024, XIV Yugawara Rikyuu https://xiv.jp/yugawara/)

A complimentary bus service is provided from the conference venue to XIV Yugawara Rikyuu. The cost covers accommodations and transportation, inclusive of two meals per night. On March 9, a free bus will transport participants to Odawara Station, Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Station. Please note that participant capacity is limited, and we may not accept further applications once the maximum is reached for accommodation and bus services. Your understanding is appreciated.
