Reunilu's Commission Form

The commission process takes two weeks to a month. Please note that I am a university student and have a chronic condition that affects my hands, so your patience is both necessary and appreciated.

- The first week or the first half of the process will consist of sketching, discussing payments, and any questions I have regarding drawing your commission. You may choose to pay 50% or 100% upfront, either is fine.
- The second week or second half will consist of lineart and coloring.
- Before I send you the final product, I expect the other 50% of the payment if I have not already received it.
- When you receive your commission, you will receive two watermarked files of your commission: one with simple background, the other transparent.

Progress on the commission will be sent weekly after first/only payment has been confirmed, but if you would like more frequent updates, feel free to say so.
I will decline commissions with the following:

- NSFW (sexual acts, fetishes, and gore)
- Ecchi drawings that don't reach the NSFW stated above, but are meant to emphasize certain parts of the body that have been historically and commonly sexualized (i.e. nipple protrusion, breasts, butts, and thighs).
- Furry
- Mecha
- Elderly
- Commissions that require me to finish drawings in less than two weeks.
- NFT work

While most commissions outside of this will be accepted, I may also decline commissions that have sexy designs (think any VShojo designs except nyanners, ShyLily, FGO Kama, FGO Raikou). Emphasis on may, it will depend on how I feel about the design, just know that such designs will have slighly higher chances to be declined. 

If there is anything you do not know will fit these criteria, feel free to ask in DMs or emails.
Up to three revisions are allowed on the commission. On the sketch stage, this includes adjustment of poses and composition. On finalization, this includes minor adjustments of color and contrast (ex. adjustment of skin tone, brightness, etc.). Should you exceed your three free revisions, you will have to pay an additional $10 for an additional revision. Should you ask for major revisions on lineart and coloring (such as moving limbs or changing pose), you will have to pay a $50 fee, regardless of how many free revisions you have.
If you or I need to cancel the commission, I will refund you based on the progress made on the commission.

- You will be refunded all the money you have given if I have not started your commission or have not worked on your commission to the point where I have started drawing in the details or drawing the hair (whichever comes first). 
- You will be refunded 50% of what you have given if I have progressed passed the above bullet point.
- You will not be refunded if I have sent you the finished sketch.

By submitting this form, you agree to my terms and services whether you have read them or not. I also have the option of declining your commission as I see fit. You may also see the full details of my terms and services here, which you can freely view at any time.

You also agree that you are fully aware that you are commissioning Reunilu for her work and her work alone.
