*Back to School Night Chair: Helps prepare PTA handouts and table for the back to school event,  helps run table at the event and finds other members to help take turns at table.
*Family Fun Night Chair: Sets date, organizes and prepares for Family Fun Night event that happens in May. We have notes from years past that helps this event run smoothly!
*Mercury Gym Night Chair: schedules PTA nights at Mercury Gymnastics in the spring for following year, advertises nights, collects income and submits to PTA treasurer.
*Reflections Chair: Let's school know Reflections deadline and collect submissions. Reflections is a MO PTA arts program. Students are encourage to submit original works of art in dance choreography, literature, music composition, photography, film production and visual arts.
Fundraising Chair: Makes contact with fundraising company, sets dates, collects orders and money, distributes products and prizes
Book Fair: Helping set up, tear down and work the book fair.
Bulletin Board Chair: Updates the PTA bulletin board at Nashua with upcoming events/information

Kindergarten Round-Up: Help run PTA table and organize materials for use during Round-Up
Labels - Volunteer from Home:  Projects will include: entering Coca-Cola codes, counting Box Tops or Best Choice UPCs, etc.

As we have tasks, I will:

1. Text/email/call the next volunteer in line.

2. You may accept or decline the task, based on your interest or current schedule.

3. I will send the supplies and instructions home to you.

4. You will have a couple weeks to complete the task and return it.


Restaurant Nights: Organize restaurant nights that will support Nashua and the PTA.
Room Party Crafts/Games: Plan games, crafts etc. for room parties
Staff Appreciation: Acknowledge different faculty and staff days throughout the year.
Winter/Spring Parties: Assist with planning, setup and tear down of winter/spring parties
Yearbook: Collect photos, organize yearbooks and distribute them at the end of the year.
