In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at Motor City Bird Breeders, Inc. (MCBB) Expo, I agree to the following:

1. To release, discharge and waive any claims of cause of action against MCBB and/or the Carpathia Club in Sterling Heights, MI, as well as their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives, for any property damages or injury to persons arising out of the foresaid Expo.

2. Any agreements or disputes arising from items bought or sold are between the buyer and seller. MCBB and/or the Carpathia Club in Sterling Heights, MI, are not responsible in any way and are exempt from action, legal or otherwise, from all disputes, sales, disagreements, thefts, injury or death regarding vendors or vendor property or merchandise.

3. MCBB and/or the Carpathia Club in Sterling Heights, MI, reserve the right to refuse admittance of all birds or products the Expo Manager determines to be inappropriate. I agree that this release, waiver of liability and indemnity agreement shall be binding on my heirs, assigns, successors and representatives.

I have read the forgoing release, waiver of liability and indemnity agreement. I fully understand its content and I voluntarily enter into this agreement.
