Customer Service Assistant Application (Customer Service Center) 
Thank you for your interest in working with the Department of Recreation's Customer Service Center. The Customer Service Assistants respond to registration inquiries for all recreation activities and offerings. Their primary role is to provide exceptional customer service to our students, staff/faculty, and community members. The Customer Service Center is responsible for handling the majority of the patron's membership services, registration payments, and responds to passport inquiries.

Furthermore, this job position is great tool to develop exceptional customer service skills. CSC Assistants must have the ability to work flexible hours including holidays and occasionally special events. This is a year-round position for UC Santa Barbara students and starts at an hourly rate of $15 (2022).
