You're welcome to DM an organiser about this privately if you would prefer, and it will not be disclosed without your permission.
e.g. Jenn is an autistic person and would answer this question as "I am autistic and have ADHD so sometimes in new situations I can come across as blunt and rude, I'd like people to be aware of this so I don't upset them. I can also get overwhelmed by loud noises and crowded situations".
Other relevant answers might be "I have mobility issues and need rehersals to take place in an accessible building with a ramp" or "I am partially sighted so need communications in the form xyz". 
What kind of support would you find most valuable from the group?
e.g. finding events to perform at, practice with applying makeup, practice with wig/hair styling, practice making costumes, choreography, group performances, a group chat to ask questions in.

Example: I have experience sewing so I can help others with costume. I have previously booked venues so I can help book venues. I have experience with lights and sound.
