APPLICATION PROCESS: I/We understand that a non-refundable application fee of $60 per family is due now and a security deposit equal to one month’s tuition is due by July 1st (or upon enrollment if after July 1st). I/We understand that there are no refunds in July and August. Once classes begin, the security deposit will be applied as the last month’s tuition, and will be refundable on a prorated basis if I/we withdraw from the school in good standing.

I/We understand that classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

SCHOOL FEES: I/We understand that our tuition will be due monthly on the 1st of the month, and considered late after the 10th.

REGISTRATION FORMS: All must be completed and submitted by the due date, and reviewed by the school before the child may attend class.

IMMUNIZATIONS: I/We understand that our child must have proof of state-required immunizations. Participating adults must have proof of state-required immunizations, and TB clearance. 

CLASSROOM: I/We agree to work as a teacher’s assistant in the classroom one session per week. 

PARENT AIDE TRAINING CLASSES: I/We agree to attend one evening Parent Aide Training Class each month August - May.

MAINTENANCE: I/We agree to participate in two school maintenance shifts of at least 4 hours per shift per year, or to “buy out” of either maintenance obligation for $190, or both for $380. (Optional for Parent/Toddler Experience families.)

SCHOOL JOB: I/We agree to hold at least one school job, or to pay an additional $95 each month to buy out of a job.

SUBSTITUTE AVAILABILITY: I/We agree to be available as an on-call emergency substitute as needed. (N/A for Parent/Toddler Experience families.)

COMMUNITY EVENTS: I/We agree to complete at least 4 community event hours each school year. 

FUNDRAISING: I/We understand that fundraising is an important part of our contribution to the school, and I/we will support school fundraising efforts and will consider a voluntary contribution to the annual fund ($250 suggested). I/We understand that the annual family donation is fully tax deductible, and is not refundable.

CHANGES: I/We understand that Sunnymont-Westside reserves the right to change class offerings, participation and schedules as needed in response to circumstances and events beyond our control, including COVID-19.
