The fee for one 8x8 space is $25. You can choose to bring your own table and chairs. The host will provide up to two chairs if you request them.  The host will provide a 6-foot table for an additional $10 fee.

Rules & Regulations:

·  Art and craft items of original design and handcrafted by the vendor are the only merchandise allowed to be sold.

·  All items MUST by handcrafted. Items manufactured and purchased for resale are not permitted (buy/sell). Not allowed items are made from kits, raffle tickets, screen prints of non-original designs, and picture grams with commercial reproductions (except framed prints which are limited edition, visibly signed and numbered – artist must be present). Generators are not permitted.

·  All items (storage or display) must remain within your designated booth space. Items are not allowed in the walking area.

·  No consignment items or assembled items that shoot a flying projectile nor imported items produced outside of the United States are allowed.

·  Booth space will be confirmed on October 2. A confirmation email will be sent with further details including your set up time and a map showing your assigned space. Tear down is at 3:00 pm.

By submitting this application, I am stating that all information provided is correct and that I have read the 2023 Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by its content.

• I will conduct myself in a professional manner with respect to my neighbors, customers, and staff.

• I understand that if the staff find fault with my product or conduct, I will correct it or voluntarily leave without refund or incident.

• I certify that all the items I will be selling are produced by me or a close acquaintance, NOT buy/sell or commercially produced items.

• I agree to indemnify St. Louis Park Public Schools and the Senior Program or anyone connected and hold them harmless against all actions, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses which in any way may arise in connection with or resulting from the event, including claims for bodily injury or death of persons and for loss or damage to property, whether the same be to negligent acts or omission of this organization, their agents, employees, or otherwise.
