RYV 2022 AGM Board Position Form
This form is intended to allow you to express your interest in standing for a position on the board. You must inform the organisation of your intent to stand for a board position at least two weeks before the AGM to allow for proxy voting. Information you provide to us on this form will be used to facilitate the AGM, and your responses will be used to provide other members information on your candidacy. Furthermore, by submitting this form you consent to your data being processed in the aforementioned fashion, and understand you may be contacted in regards to your answers.

You may express your interest in any number of positions, though note that you may only hold one position at a time within the organisation. The only exception to this being trusteeship, which can held alongside any other board position. Under other, we are happy to accept proposals for roles, especially directorships, though please specify what directorship you propose creating.
