People's Environmental Justice Enforcement Agency *Sign-Up*

Hilco, the new owner of the South Philly refinery site, has been moving ahead our city's largest redevelopment since mid-2020, but they still haven't shared a master plan for the "Bellwether District" with residents OR with our city planning office?!

This redevelopment is clearly moving out of order: how does it make sense to construct buildings before cleanup of the land is done? As construction races ahead, community benefits, remediation plans, & revised flood plans are all way behind schedule. So residents are taking matters into our own hands, and denying Hilco's environmental justice permit by forming a ~People's Environmental Justice Enforcement Agency~

The EJ Enforcement Agency will be serving Hilco, and all of our elected officials complicit in Hilco's environmental justice missteps, with "violation notices" and "enforcement actions" until this historic project is in line with established principles of health, justice, & equity.

By signing up you will be on the list for meeting announcement and information from the EJ Agency! No experience required or expected: all you need is to be fired up to make sure big companies aren't allowed to flood our neighborhoods or pollute our air :)

Our next meeting will be scheduled once we've got 100 people ready to take action with us. We're already at over 70!!
