Registration for Reconciliation at St Ambrose Parish

The following form is to be completed if your child is to celebrate a Sacrament at St Ambrose Parish this year. In the Archdiocese of Sydney, the recommended years for celebrating the Sacraments are:

Year 2 - First Reconciliation, Year 3 - First Holy Communion and Year 6 - Confirmation.

If your child is older than the recommended school age for any of the sacraments, it is absolutely fine - they will still be accepted.

If you wish your child to celebrate both the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, you will need to complete a new form for each Sacrament.
