Apart from the last question, we (Keepabl Ltd) are not asking for any personal data and please don't give us any - this can be 100% anonymous.  That last question asks if you're on for a 15-minute call about your answers: if you're happy to, please enter your details and we'll contact you to arrange that call.

And you can always say no to that last question!  Honestly, while we'd love to talk, anonymous responses are totally OK with us.  If you do give us personal data, then clicking Submit at the end is your consent to our Privacy Policy, which you can see at keepabl.com/privacy-policy.
