Assuming price parity between FHD/240Hz and WQHD/165Hz, which LCD would you pick for each GPU?
Let's also assume similar brightness, contrast, response times and color-gamut.
Let's start with 15.6" Laptops *
Let's assume competent cooling solutions that are able to run each GPU at their maximum recommended TGP. Please pick a display for *EACH* GPU. We assume that most people will select FHD fow low-end GPUs, but it's interesting to see at which GPU level the majority will see the WQHD upgrade treshold. We also assume a large percentage of WQHD on iGPU-only models because those are used for content creation and software development, not so much for gaming.

In this example I remove the Hz refresh rate - just pick between FHD and WQHD and assume that both panels are competent for both gaming and content creation
