Harvest Festival Vendor Form

We are so excited to invite our local businesses and individuals to participate as vendors in our upcoming 2023 Harvest Festival, planned for Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 11am - 2pm. We are hosting this year’s Harvest Festival at the Myakka City Elementary School located at 37205 Manatee Ave in Myakka City!

This event will help bring the community together while giving us an opportunity to raise funds for the awesome Myakka City Elementary School! If you are interested in being a vendor at our upcoming function, we would love to have you!  Please note that each vendor space is $25, so if you need more than one space, please make sure to make a note of that below and submit the correct payment amount. Please fill out this form at your earliest convenience and return to MyakkaCityPTO@gmail.com by October 11, 2022 (at the latest!) so we can provide any additional information, confirm your space and help promote your business and products! When you have completed the form, please submit your payment via check (you can drop off or mail to the school) or you can use our PTO PayPal account - https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/myakkacitypto
