*Please note that all families with children 0-18 are required to register by their third visit.*
Registering enables us to better plan for programming and budget needs, have vital emergency contact information on hand for each child as well as insure that families receive pertinent UUFR Family Ministry event and program information.

Please fill out the form below for EACH child in your family.

Students will be automatically registered in the Children's Ministry Circle for their age or grade:
Nursery (ages 0-2)
PreK (ages 3-4)
Lower Elementary (K-2nd)
Upper Elementary (3rd-5th)
Middle School (6th-8th)
Junior Youth (9th and 10th)
Senior Youth (11th and 12th)
Builder's Club (1st-5th) A special opt-in class for students who do better with hands-on and self-directed work. The core curriculum of Builder's Club is affirming children who have difficulty with the traditional classroom setting. Please email dre@uufr.org to inquire about placement in this circle.

Any parent who believes their child would be more appropriately placed in a class offered to children of a different age or grade, including Builder's Club should email dre@uufr.org for an Alternative Class Placement.
