To Health Professions Interested Students,

Thanks for visiting Santa Clara and our pre-health page!!! As the University Health Professions Advisor, I am collecting email addresses and other information through this survey to determine your interest(s) in specific health care careers so I can communicate with you most effectively as you consider schools to attend for your training.  I will use this information to send you information about our program and updates to our healthcare professions program.
