SA Reporting Form
Everyone is empowered and encouraged to report behavior they believe violates the Code of Conduct or makes themselves or another player feel unwelcome or unsafe in the Shadow Accord Community. Link to the Code of Conduct:

Staff members may also use this form to report revoking a player's privilege related to their staff team.

If someone other than the reporter was the main person affected or harmed, the XOs will need to follow up with that person to get permission to take action on the report. This is out of a desire to respect the agency and prioritize the needs of people who were harmed.

Making reports in bad faith or with the intent to abuse the system is a violation of the Shadow Accord Code of Conduct.
