1. Deadline for registration is 18th July, 2023.
2. The total investment for the program is KSH. 650,000 per delegate (ex. of 16% VAT) or $ 6500 (ex. of 16% local taxes).
3. You can make the payment by Company/bankers/Personal cheque payable to CDI-Africa Coaching Group Limited. For EFT/direct banking, the Bank details to be provided upon request.
4. Company-sponsored delegates MUST clear the training fees before admission into the course.
5. Installment plans are available ONLY for self-sponsored delegates. Delegates MUST clear the training fees before admission into the course.
6. All registration forms and proof of payment must be completed and submitted to sarah.ogola@cdi-africa.com on or before the registration deadline to secure a spot for August 2023.
7. All cancellations must be done in writing 7 days before the registration deadline. Cancellations done after this stipulated period will attract a penalty of 20% cancellation fee.
8. No refunds shall be given for cancellations done after the registration deadline. The same terms apply for those delegates who do not attend the training workshop and fail to make cancellations within the stipulated period.
9. The training runs from 1st August, 2023 once a week for 3 hours for 20 weeks.
10. All classes begin at 0700Hrs and end at 1000Hrs (GMT +3) East Africa Time on Zoom for virtual sessions and 0800Hrs and end at 1100Hrs for Physical Sessions. Delegates MUST be available throughout the training period and fully committed to the course as demonstrated by their attendance and completion of assignments.
11. Delegates who are fully paid up and wish to defer their training and attend a similar training with CDI-Africa Coaching Group in the future shall be invoiced 20% of the full fee payable, for such future course. Such deferment MUST be done before the commencement of the program. Those who defer will also be required to top up any additional fees in the event that the cost of the program will have been adjusted upwards at the time of resumption. Such deferment will only be allowed once and the delegate must attend a similar training program within 12 months or else lose the training fees already paid.
12. Graduation and award of certificates is subject to the attendance of all classes and completion of assignments.
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, CDI-Africa Coaching Group reserves the right to change the trainers and/or cancel or reschedule the training event.
