Refugee Food Box Give-away

Please fill out SECTION 1 and SECTION 2 of this form to help us know what you will be able to provide. If you are only donating some items (not full boxes), please note those items in SECTION 3.

You can provide items to fill one or more full boxes, or just donate individual items to be packed in boxes. Items will be packed in a specific food box at a later date, so drop off items can be donated in grocery bags or Costco-like boxes. Once we have all the supplies, the food boxes will be packed and additional perishable items not listed here will be added to complete the boxes. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

2- 1 lb bags of rice (NOT instant, any style)

2- 5 oz cans of tuna

1- 40 oz jar of peanut butter (any brand)

1 family sized box of cereal (Chex, Cheerios, Life, Crispix, Kix, etc.)

1- 67 oz PLASTIC jar of spaghetti sauce (any brand, plastic jar only)

2- 16 oz. boxes of spaghetti noodles

1- 16 oz bag of beans (red, black, or pinto)

2- 12.5 oz cans of chicken

1- 5 lb bag of potatoes

1- 32 oz pancake mix (any brand)
