ELC Tuition Agreement for the 2021/2022 school year

ELC Tuition and Eagle Care are two separate tuition payments and will be due and billed seperately.  All ELC Communication will come from kellytiffin@nixaschools.net or larawilbur@nixaschools.net *

10 equal payments will be due during the 2021/2022.  Full payments are due from August 2021 thru May 2022. *
Monthly payments will be as follows:  2 day monthly tuition - $100/month, 3 day monthly tuition - $140/month, 5 day AM monthly tuition - $220/month, 5 day PM monthly tuition - $240/month
Failure to pay by the end of the month will disrupt your child's enrollment. *
For parents who are separated/divorced:    We understand how delicate money conversations are in situations like this.  The office is not responsible for assuming who will be accountable for tuition payments.  Should requests be made that one party is to pay over another, the request will need to be confirmed in writing (or via email) by both parties. *
First full month's tuition will be due August 16th.  All other month's tuition will be due on the 24th of the month.  Billings will be sent out by the 4th of the month, with reminders sent to those who have not paid, 4 days prior to the due date. *
If the due date of August 16th or the monthly date of the 24th does not work for your payroll schedule and you need a different due date, please communicate with the office.
Payments will be submitted thru SchoolPay. *
Other payment options will need to be discussed with the front office.
