大家好，這份問卷的目的是要搜集資料以便對全星秀提起「團體訴訟」或「刑事訴訟」😤

團體訴訟產生的訴訟費，若以抽成方式計算，總票價金額至少超過300萬比較好，不然訴訟費就要按人頭收費了。
因此請受害的ABNEW們務必填寫問卷，讓表單資料累積門票費達到300萬以上！

原先線上Excel 的退票退款統整表，因考量到隱私關係，會確保檔案留存，但關閉瀏覽權限。
請大家重新填寫此問卷，並留下LineID，以便未來有需求可聯繫。
