GDPR - Consent to the processing of personal data

1. to the processing of personal data, including the name and surname, email, name of the workplace.

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of my participation at the annual meeting of ENICPA network in Warsaw, 11 – 13 October 2018, as a participant and the related administration of the stay, communication before and during the meeting and also to the processing of post-meeting communication.

3. The period of personal data processing shall be 3 years from the date of consent. There is the right to ask the Administrator at any time to delete the data from the database, either by sending a request for deletion to ondrej.svoboda@idu.cz. Such a request must always be satisfied.

4. The data subject acknowledges that he or she has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, request information about the scope of the data processed by the Administrator from the Administrator, request access to such data and have the data updated or corrected, and the right to request the deletion of such personal data. Furthermore, the data subject is entitled to object to the processing of personal data. If in doubt as to the fulfillment of the obligations related to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled to contact the Administrator or the relevant supervisory authority, namely the Office for Personal Data Protection (in Czech: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (www.uoou.cz). The data subject hereby represents that he or she has been sufficiently instructed about his or her rights regarding the processing of personal data and that the above personal data is accurate, true, and provided to the Administrator on a voluntary basis.
