Hi, The reason for this form to allow Weavind & Weavind Inc('Weavind') to represent you as a group when approaching the relevant insurance companies.

Weavind(a 115 year old law firm) will approach each insurance company concerned, free of charge, representing the group of claimants applicable to each insurance company involved with the aim of trying to resolve the claims on an amicable basis and to avoid litigation. Please note however that no claim will be settled without your permission. Should it not be possible to settle these claims with the applicable insurance company then a proposal will be tabled showing how litigation can be proceeded with and what it will entail. The obvious benefit would then of course be to stand together as a group which would make it way more cost efficient should it be necessary to institute claims.
