Things to know about a WWS Payment Plan:
Payment plans are designed to help parents pay their student(s)consumable and subject fees in smaller amounts and must be paid in full by April 15, 2022. Please note all high school student fees will be billed by trimester.
A minimum payment of $20 per student each month is required. If you have 2 students you should be making a $40 payment each month; if you have 3 students you should be making a $60 payment each month. It is recommended that you add up all student fees and divide by the number of months you would like to make payments (note all fees must be paid in full by April 15th).
Payments MUST be made every month. Lack of monthly payments will result in removal from the payment plan and being sent to collections. If you can't make your monthly payment for some reason it will be up to you to notify us so we can make alternate arrangements. If your student experiences a schedule change during the school year it may affect the amount due and you may want to notify Stacy Luedke, at the Administration Building.
There are several ways you can make your monthly payments:
1. Mail a check every month
2. Provide a credit card number and we will run your card every month on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. * Note - if either of these dates fall on a non-school day, payments may be delayed by a few days.
3. Log into PowerSchool every month and make the minimum monthly payments. Please note you may not be able to make the exact amount every month. You will only be allowed to add the items listed in the cart. If you want to pay an exact amount it is recommended you call the office at 317-867-8002 or email Stacy Luedke at
luedkes@wws.k12.in.us and we will run your payment for you.
