Graduate students are invited to attend the Graduate Hooding Ceremony on Thursday May 23, 2019 at 3:00 PM or 5:30 PM in the Gerald W. Lynch Theater.
This ceremony honors our Master's degree recipients and is an opportunity for students to celebrate with fellow graduates, faculty, and staff. The hood identifies both the College and the degree being conferred.
Students must come to the Graduate Hooding Ceremony with their cap, gown, and hood in hand. Students should arrive to the 11th Ave Entrance (L3 NB) no later than 2:00 PM for the 3:00 PM ceremony or 4:30 PM for the 5:30 PM ceremony. Students may bring up to three guests.
This form must be completed no later than Thursday, May 16, 2019 by 12:00 PM.
If you are required ADA accommodations, you must complete this form not later than Thursday, May 16, 2019 by 12:00 PM.
*Please note that this ceremony will not replace Commencement. Graduate students are encouraged to attend the Commencement ceremony on May 29th. For more information about commencement please visit
