This form must be completed by a coach/mentor from each FIRST LEGO League Explore team that wishes to participate in an Illinois Festival for the 2023/2024 MASTERPIECE Season.  Only one coach/mentor should complete this form for each team. 

Each Festival has it's own form. Please complete one copy of this form for each team planning to attend the Festival.

This is the registration form for the Champaign Festival, to be held on Feb 3 from 1-2 pm at D-wing of Parkland College in Champaign.  Teams may arrive starting at 12:45pm.
