Estelle's cooking camp is a 4 day session
From 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Tuesday 8/20 to Friday 8/23
(drop off starts at 9:15 am)
It’s a hand-on class where the kids will learn the fundamentals such as kitchen safety and sanitation, knife skills, the classic sauces (bechamel, vinaigrette, veloutés…) introduction to pastry…
Everyday they will cook a main meal, like homemade pasta, French crepe, cheese souffle, tortilla de patatas, homemade pizza, quiche Lorraine, chicken fingers, chicken quesadillas....
and a dessert: molten chocolate cake, strawberry sorbet, lemon square, meringues, chocolate mousse, apple tart....
A lunch will be provided each day for the kids.
The kids will take home recipes.
Age minimum required: 8 years old.
