TPC Young Adult Hip Hop Dance Experience Registration (2021)
Thank you for choosing TPC!!! Please complete the form below. This class is specifically for young adults ages 18 and over. There is a $10 fee (which will be applied towards the session's tuition for the class) due to secure your spot. This fee is due after you complete this form,  but PRIOR to the start of your first class. The balance of the tuition fees ($50) are due prior to the start of your first class. The $60 total may also be paid up front.

The session dates are outlined below:

Location: 6018 E. Michigan Ave. (Kalamazoo)
Date: July 18  - July 31, 2021
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Reminder: After completing the registration form, please send the $10 fee electronically to complete your registration and secure your spot. Feel free to call 269-430-3171 (include area code when dialing) if you have any questions. Once payment is received, you can expect to attend the next scheduled class time. All participants must be 18 and over.

Please note that the Young Adult Hip Hop Experience meets for two weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Class time is from 7:15pm - 8:15pm. You will be notified if a new session is added. Remember that your FIRST payment is the $10 fee, to secure your spot, that will go towards your session tuition. It is due once you submit this form. Call/text 269-430-3171 with any questions.

To prevent the spread of germs, especially COVID-19, all participants must wear masks, get temperature taken, and use hand sanitizer. Additional CDC guidelines and governor's executive orders will be followed as well.
