Hi! We are excited to be able to offer you quality beef that we raise on our farm! Our beef is raised with no artificial hormones or implants. Our cattle are fed a balanced diet that includes non-GMO grain and hay raised on our farm. Antibiotics are used on our farm under the direction of our veterinarian, as needed for management of disease. No antibiotics are used in at least the last 6 months prior to slaughter.

What is the buyer’s responsibility?

The buyer is responsible to:

-Pay $100 non-refundable deposit to Miller Family Homestead, due 2 months prior to locker date (or when ordering, if locker date is less than 2 months in the future).
-Make arrangements with the locker how they want the beef cut and packaged
-After being notified of the hanging weight, the buyer will pay the remainder due to Miller Family Homestead.
-Pick up the beef from the locker when it is ready.
-Pay the locker for the processing

Price listed is the cost paid to us for the beef, based on hanging weight. You will also pay the locker to process the beef. Take-home weight of beef is typically a little over half of the hanging weight, due to removal of bones and fat during processing.

1/4 Beef ($3/lb)

1/2 Beef ($2.85/lb)

Whole Beef ($2.75/lb)

Please select desired locker date. Your meat will typically be ready to pick up in 1-2 weeks *
