Once you submit this form we will review it for completeness and availability of space for your desired week(s).  If your registration is accepted, you will be notified by email and invoiced separately for the fee. Your child's spot is reserved only when the registration is accepted and your invoice is paid in full. To receive the Early Payment Discount, you must be paid in full prior to the discount date cut offs.
