2021-2022 Confirmation Information and Registration
We are excited that you will be joining us for another great year of Confirmation here at Advent Lutheran Church!

Our Confirmation program is three years long, usually during the 6-8th grade years, with a three year rotation of subjects of learning about the Bible, Luther's Small Catechism, and Lifelong Discipleship.  This year our focus will be on Discipleship.  

Discipleship is a lifelong journey.  In this year youth will journey with Pastor Aaron in exploring tough questions, meeting interesting people, going on field trips, and doing service projects.  This year is about where faith and everyday life intersect.

Materials Needed
Each student needs the following materials:
   - Lawn Chair
   - Colaborate: Lutheran Student Bible* ($26)
   - a copy of Luther's Small Catechism* ($7.50)
   - Student Handbook* ($10)

This equals out to $43.50.  AdventELC will order the materials for you and distribute them to you on September 26.  Please send a check made out to Advent Lutheran Church to:

ALL students, including returning students, will need these materials.  Payment is only needed if the youth does not already have these materials.  Other than camping expenses this looks to be the only expense for the year.  For camping information and costs, please visit lomocamps.org.
