Terms and Conditions for Horsemanship Clinic Participation

1. Registration and Payment: Participants must complete the registration form and submit it along with the full payment to secure a spot in the clinic. The clinic fee covers participation in the clinic only. Additional services such as lunch are available for an extra charge and must be indicated at the time of registration.

2. Partnering with a Living Free Horse for Clinic: We have limited availability (3) for use of a Living Free horse to participate in this clinic. They will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Lunch Option: Participants have the option to have lunch provided for them at an additional cost of $20 per day. Alternatively, participants may choose to bring their own lunch. Please indicate your preference on the registration form.

5. Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival at the clinic. This waiver is a legal document that releases the clinic organizers, venue, and staff from liability for any accidents, injuries, loss of property, or other incidents that may occur during the clinic.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so in writing. The following refund policy applies:

More than 30 days before the clinic: Full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
15 to 30 days before the clinic: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before the clinic: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Organizers: The clinic organizers reserve the right to cancel the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund.

3. Changes to Clinic: The clinic organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or trainers if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

4. Insurance: Participants are strongly advised to have their own insurance coverage for themselves and their horses. The clinic organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property that may occur during the clinic.

5. Agreement to Terms: By submitting the registration form and payment, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood the Cancellation Policy and Liability Waiver requirements.
