Retreat Cancellation Policy

GENERAL CANCEL

Cancel 90 days out from retreat start date; full refund minus a $85 cancellation fee.

Cancel 60 days out from a retreat start date; 50% refund minus the $85 cancellation fee.

Cancel 30 days out from retreat start date 25% refund minus the $85 cancellation fee.

Cancel less than 30 days out from retreat start date; no refunds.

DOUBLE ROOM BOOKING/CANCELLATION

In the case of booking/cancellation of a double room: If you book or intend to book a double room with someone you know and they cancel/fail to book (for any reason) you will be subject to room with someone you do not know, moved to a single room and charged the price difference or if you wish to keep the double as a single room (1 guest) you will be charged an additional $250. In the case the double room is not filled by Laurel Leaf Yoga & Retreats you will be charged single room pricing.

CANCELLATION BY LAUREL LEAF YOGA & RETREATS

In the case of retreat cancellation made by Laurel Leaf Yoga & Retreats; all retreat deposits will be transferred to a future retreat or refunded minus the e-commerce fee; this is up to the discretion of Laurel Leaf Yoga & Retreats.

In the case of deposit transfers: ALL deposit transfers are subject to a $85 transfer fee and must be utilized within one year of the canceled retreat start date. After one year retreat deposits are forfeited. No refunds or exchanges are possible.

All retreat deposit transfers are subject to a $55 transfer fee and must be utilized within one year of the canceled retreat start date.
