Appeals are a way for all users (and staff) to challenge a formal decision made against their account / file. The appeal is sent to a Case Manager who assesses the situation.

- The appellant is justified in believing an excessive or unreasonable punishment occured;
- The appellant is justified in believing a miscarriage of discipline has occurred;
- The appellant has express permission to remit an appeal asides from the generic messages;
