Those of you who have been involved with C.I.T.Y. of Support for several years may remember attending/hosting our highly-anticipated Great Therapy Playdates. With COVID, these events were put on hold, but since resuming them these past few months, we are seeing many families register to attend, at times reaching the RSVP capacity.

In order to create consistency among organizers, hosts, and families, we have initiated "2nd Weekend" playdates on the 2nd weekend of each month. These are FREE 1-hour events where families have the opportunity to meet one another in a social setting, while their children play. In the summer, we gathered at various outdoor parks/playgrounds in our neighborhoods, but we are also looking for indoor venues, and new interactive, ONLINE family-fun. We would love to partner with you!

⭐️ We're looking to schedule Great Therapy Playdates throughout the year, & we'd love to reserve a month for you! There is no charge for families to attend or for clinics to host! ⭐️

We are looking to host playdates on the "2nd weekend" of the month both online and in-person. There is NO CHARGE to host these playdates, and you have freedom to organize them as you'd like. C.I.T.Y. takes care of most of the logistics and publicity including flyers, registration, and advertising. Please read through the descriptions below, and select all that interest you. *

In-person playdates often resemble an "open house." Hosts have the freedom to create opportunities for open play using any/all of their space. With in-person events, we need to collect information about your site’s specific COVID mitigations and RSVP maximum capacity requirements in order to create a registration link on your behalf. In order to remain fair to all, registration for these playdates will always open on the 1st of the month at 8:00am.

Online playdates are for interactive, live, family fun and take place on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 8:30am. The classes average about 45 minutes long and are broadcast BOTH through the zoom platform and through our closed group's Facebook livestream. Registration will be required for zoom participants to receive the link, but there is no maximum number of participants. As co-host, you have the ability to share your screen and use other virtual tools to engage the class, and the C.I.T.Y. co-host will help manage the chat and broadcasting details. These classes can be shared in our family-fun, on-demand library if you'd like.

Great Therapy Playdates are provided at no cost for the families or for the host.
