We would like to welcome you to the official signup for the 2021 GA Indie Author Event! 2 years might seem like a ton of time, but we are starting early to give you a bigger and better event. The plans are already in motion and let’s just say, you won’t be disappointed.
If you are still interested in having a table at the event, please read the information below and fill out this form. If you aren’t, no hard feelings!
Date: October 16th 2021
Location: Tentatively, Marietta, Georgia near Battery Park(We will give an update as soon as the final venue us chosen)

Table Fees:
Full Table-$300
Includes: Catered lunch for author, 1 Assistant lunch, author entrance to after party.
(Assistant afterparty ticket will be extra)
*Each full table invoice will include a $5.00 handling fee for a total of $15.00. This will make your total table cost $315.*

Half Table-$150
Includes: Catered lunch for author, author entrance to after party.
(Assistants will not be available for the half table option as there is usually an issue with room behind the table. If you choose the half table option, you will share a table with another author. There are only 16 half tables available for this event).
*Each half table invoice will include a $3.00 handling fee for a total of $6.00. This will make your total table cost $156.*



*Please keep in mind that even if you do not plan to attend the after party, the table fee will stay as above.*
Payment Schedule is as follows and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
Invoices will be sent out around the 2nd week in January 2020.

Full tables: 1st payment due-February 15th 2020, 2nd payment due July 15th 2020 3rd and final payment due February 15th 2021. (Fee is to be paid in 100$ installments)

Half Tables: 1st payment due February 15th 2020, 2nd and final payment due February 15th 2021(Fee is to be paid in 75$ installments)
All payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to make a payment on time, your spot will be forfeited to another author.
