PRESCOTT CIRCUS SUMMER PROGRAM
● 6-week FREE summer program – June 5 to July 14  
● The program is open to all the students who are currently enrolled in one of our programs and also to OUSD students who have completed 4th grade and older
● Priority is given to student who qualify for OUSD's free / reduced lunch program and current and former Prescott Circus Theatre students
● Circus and Theatre Arts. Juggling, acrobatics, stilt dancing, improvisation, hip hop, and more!
● Academic Enrichment. Daily project based activities supporting grade level literacy, language arts, and math skills.
● Performing opportunities. Students will have opportunities to perform throughout the summer and for our culminating public shows.
● Prizes and Incentives!


SCHEDULE
Program Location:   Prescott Elementary School, 920 Campbell Street, between 8th and 10th street
Dates:         Monday, June 5 – Friday, July 14
Times:         Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm  
Show dates:                 Saturday, July 8 OR Saturday, July 15
                                       Tuesday, July 11 & Wednesday, July 12

ENROLLMENT
• Please complete this application form to express your interest. We will contact you within 1-week of receipt.
• Application forms are due by May 12, 2023. Space is limited, please register early.
