Single School/Academy Education Partnership Agreement Form 2023/2024

Thank you for agreeing to join the Education Partnership Agreement for 2023/2024.

Please use this form if you are joining as a single school and are not joining with other schools from a Federation or Multi Academy Trust.

If this does not apply to you, please use the form for Federations and Multi Academy Trusts where schools or academies from federations or Multi Academy Trusts are joining together.

Charges are detailed on page 3 of this year's Partnership Agreement document. Charges are based on your NOR as of the October 2022 census.

All Partner Schools/Academies are charged as follows per school:

Pupil numbers between 0-100: £650.00
Pupil numbers between 101-200: £850.00
Pupil numbers over 201: £1150.00

VAT at 20% is applicable to the Education Partnership Agreement and all services.
