Mentors have a great time at GGP, and are encouraged to build friendships during the retreat. They are also expected to centre the youth participants. Can you speak to how you will balance your own participation with making sure that this is a youth-focused retreat where youth needs come first?

The role of a mentor involves leading a workshop for 10–30 in approximately 90 minutes.
