After registering on below, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the hotel's booking modalities.

Credit card guarantee and a deposit of 180 euro will be asked by the hotel to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount at the check out.

The participant should pay the 50% of the total no later than September 19th, 2023. 

Payment of the remaining amount and any extra at the end of the event, at the check out.

PRICES:
  • Double room for single use: 156 euro/per night - FULL BOARD (only dinner on October 11th not included)
  • Double room for double use: 198 euro/per night - FULL BOARD (only dinner on October 11th not included)
  • Triple room for triple use: 238 euro/per night - FULL BOARD (only dinner on October 11th not included)
If you are a SOMIRO project partner, you will be required to pay a total amount of 76 euro for the two lunches at the hotel.
