Please complete the form in full & click submit. Please select all the classes you want your child to attend during the term.

If there are any dates you know you cannot attend during the term, please enter those dates accordingly & they will be deducted from the fees. 

Please note - we do not run classes on public holidays, however we HAVE included Wednesday May 1st & 15th as they are squad training days (and we don't want to miss squad training days), but if you don't want to attend those 2 dates due to them being public holidays, then please note that at the end of this form. 

Our classes / schedule continue to run as normal over the CNY & Easter breaks....nothing changes....we won't have specific CNY or Easter camps....our regular schedule will continue during these periods.
