Registration Forms must be received no later than October 1st for Bracketing
$50 Discount per team if paid in full by October 1st

Teams, whose fees are not received by October 1st, will not be allowed to play and their spots will be given to the next team on the waiting list. No exceptions unless prior written approval has been given.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given once your payment and/or your team has been bracketed whichever occurs first unless, we can fill your spot with another paid team, less an assessed administrative fee of $50.00. Every effort will be made to fill the spot.
A Pro-rated refund will only be given if less than 3 games are played due to weather, field conditions (due to weather), or Acts of God.
