Pre Tournament Communication To Your Team *

Please make your parents are aware of the General Admission options that are on the website so that they are prepared when they arrive at the park on Friday.

Up to 4 coaches may enter the venue for Free. All others will need to purchase a Tournament or Day Pass to enter.

Please share with your families the Cooler & Outside Food & Beverage Policy set forth by our Host Organizations. This will be monitored at their discretion. Tournament Pass and Single Day Pass can be revoked for non compliance.

When the schedule posts on July 12, 2019 all of your parents and fans can sign up for Free Notifications via text/email.

Tournament Tee's will be available at the Home Run Derby on Thursday and at most all venues throughout the event. All sizes are $20.

Team Requirements *

I Understand that my Team Roster must be completed via the link invitation on or before Monday July 15 @ 11:59 PM. This should include all potential players with First Name, Last Name & Uniform #. Rosters will be locked after this time - Players may not be added on day of event by write in.

I Understand that I must have a Birth Record on my person for each player rostered for the event.

I Understand that I must provide proof of Team Insurance via upload link on website before July 15, 2019 @ 11:59 PM.

It is my responsibility to read and review all the Official Rules for the event including those that may be specific to my age group.

My team should arrive One hour before all scheduled games and be prepared to play earlier if it becomes necessary.

Only One Team Cooler is a allowed for the Coach-Player use only. The team cooler may be restocked as needed. This would include drinks, snacks, fruit etc for team use.

Baseball Operations *

After Monday July 15 our Baseball Operations will be in transition to the Crystal Coast and our ability to assist you will be limited. Please expedite all of the required team information and communicate what is necessary to parents promptly.

During the event our Baseball Operations will be working around the clock to keep all participants updated of score and seeding info. In the event of rain please allow us the opportunity to notify you through the website, event app, email and texts. This will make us more efficient in getting all participants updated in a timely manner.

Friday July 19 - Before Your First Game *

Find your site director one hour before your first game to sign the hard copy of your Roster.

The Official Game Card & Posting of Game Score *

Your site director has all new game cards and both teams must enter players full name and # plus the starting pitcher. Make sure that the players you list are legible.

You must sign your game cards at completion of game. Make sure that your pitching and game score are correct.

We post Game Scores & Pitching Records as they are received by our Site Directors. To speed this up please help by making sure that the Pitchers Name, Number and total outs are correct.

If a Game Score is incorrect Baseball Operations can address this at the appropriate time. You will be provided contact information to report to before the event starts. Please do not call or text the Tournament Director for this.

Pitching Limit Review *

In age divisions 9U through 12U a Pitcher may record 27 outs for the 3 day event. The maximum # of Outs a Pitcher may record in One Day is 18.

In age divisions 13U & 14U a Pitcher may record 30 outs for the 3 day event. The maximum # of Outs a Pitcher may record in One Day is 21.

In 15U/HS division Pitching Limits are at the discretion of the Parent and Team and will not be posted online.

Once any Pitcher (even the starter) is removed from the mound he/she may not return to the mound in that game.

It is my responsibility to read and review Pitching Limitations in more detail on page 8 of the Rule Book.

Rule Questions *

If you need a Rule Review / Interpretation you must notify the Umpire before the next pitch is thrown. This is not considered a Protest and Site Director should be called to the field.

Safe-Out, Fair-Foul, Ball-Strike are all Judgement Calls. The Site Director and Tournament Director cannot offer any assistance on Judgement Calls by the Umpires.

After a Review has been completed by the Site Diretor / Tournament Director all decisions are final. A $100 Cash Protest Fee is required without delay to go forward.
