Infinite Campus Parent Portal Request Form
Plainwell Schools can provide parents and/or guardians access to their students' information such as grades and attendance.  In order to protect the confidentiality of student records, all parents/guardians who want to use this service are required to request a GUID number to activate their account.  Each parent can request their own account. If you have never activated your account or, if you have forgotten login credentials, please fill out this form.  We will respond to you within 3-4 business days.
