Time Commitment: Artists must sign up to work at least one hour during the sale

Location: Roxie Remley Center for Fine Arts / 31 East Vine Street, Downtown Statesboro 

Dates: April 25th - April 27th

Inventory Due & Pick Up: By or before Wednesday, April 24th. The remaining inventory must be picked up at 2 p.m. on Sat. April 27th

Due: By or before April 24th at 1 p.m.            Pick up: By 2 p.m. on April 27th

• Please ensure your artwork is priced and labeled with your 3 initials on white price stickers.
• Bring your inventory sheet and artwork to the Roxie Remley Center no later than April 24th at 1 p.m.
• All work must be original work of the Artist. Artists shall display work at their own risk. The Averitt Center is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of artwork.
• We ask that you volunteer at least 1 hour to run the sale. Sign up when dropping off work.
• The Averitt Center will take a 25% commission from sold artwork, 75% of the sale will be paid to the artist.
• The Averitt Center shall pay the artist all proceeds due the artist within thirty days of sale.
• Permanent address required above.
• You allow the Averitt Center to publish any photos/videos taken of your work for Exhibition & Sale promotional purposes.
