By hitting submit, this form goes to the Rules Committee Chairman.  Forms need to be submitted by June 1st of each year.  This form will be distributed to State Chair and the Judge Chair.  This request will be presented to the Rules Committee in September. The Rules Committee recommendations will be presented to the State Board in October for consideration for the next printing of the rule book. You may be contacted if there are questions, and you will be notified by email of the actions taken.
