The symposium organizers are pleased to announce that two full scholarships will be offered for attendance to the symposium, including one dedicated to a member of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community. Scholarship awards will include full admission to the event and will provide for food, lodging, workshops, forays, and craft classes.
Program Guidelines & Priorities:
* Scholarship application is encouraged for anyone wishing to attend the 2022 symposium. The call for applications is open to both US based and international participants.
* Applications should be submitted no later than midnight PST on Friday, December 24th, 2022. Late applications will not be considered.
* Scholarship recipients will be selected by the symposium planning committee and notified via email and/or phone call by Friday, January 7, 2022. A formal invitation will be sent and scholarship winners should plan to attend the symposium.
*The scholarship is not transferable. In the case that the chosen recipient cannot attend, the selection committee reserves the right to offer the scholarship award to another applicant.
